How to Check-in
On your arrival day, you can check-in via our barrier between 2pm and 8pm at the latest.
Security Barrier Access
Our entrance barrier uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Simply drive up slowly to the barrier and the number plate details you have entered when making your booking will be recognised and the barrier will open automatically. If you have any issues accessing the park, you can contact us via the intercom or on 01250 878123. Out with these hours, in the case of an emergency please call 01250 878231.
If you need to amend the number plate which we have on file for any reason before arrival, please email this along with your booking number to reservations@woodleisure.co.uk
How do I find my pitch?
Please refer to your confirmation email for type of pitch booked, you can view/download a copy of our park map here.
Please use the type of pitch you have booked. Fully Serviced Pitches are numbers 1A-11 and 44-61.
If you are unsure on the correct position for pitching your caravan/motorhome, please see our online advice for siting your caravan.

Pitch Types
Pitches: Please use the type of pitch you have booked or you may be asked to move, a park map is available on our website.
Fully Serviced Pitches are numbers 1-11, 27-36, 41-61
Hardstanding Pitches are numbers 16-25, 37-39
Tent Pitches (with electric) are numbers 65-66, 68-69, 73-74
Tent Pitches (no electric) are numbers 62-64
Some Essential Information
We do not accept tents on any of our parks except Deeside, where they must be booked onto a separate camping pitch. Pitches cannot be erected on or around your touring/motorhome pitch, and people cannot stay overnight in an awning.

Park Rules & Information
- When driving on the park, please give way to pedestrians and please observe the 10 mph speed limit.
- The chemical disposal point and motorhome service are located in the touring area (between pitches 39 and 42)
- There is a water point available in the touring area (please see the above map for exact location).
- There are recycling bins provided on the park for separating your rubbish. The bins are located at the entrance of the park. All bins are clearly marked with dry mixed recycling and general waste in large skips.
- We would appreciate your help in keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am, in consideration of the other residents on the park.
- Tents, gazebos, commercial vehicles, boats or jet skis are not permitted on our parks.
- For licensing and safety purposes we do not permit anyone to stay overnight in an awning.
- Covid-19 - It is your responsibility to ensure current government guidelines are followed.
Emergency Contact
Should you need assistance during your stay please call 01250 878123 between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Out with these hours, in the case of an emergency please call 01250 878231.
You will be directed to a duty warden who will try, where possible, to resolve your emergency over the phone. If we are unable to fix the problem, then we may discuss if it can wait until the following day. If it is essential, then we would arrange for our team to come out at a set time.
Wi-Fi Connection
You can connect to our Wi-Fi for free. The password for this is @DHPab125fx! Please note that it is suitable for browsing and emails but not for streaming, downloading or gaming. I’m afraid this is just part of the reality of rural life!
Laundry Facilities
If you wish to access the laundry facilities, they will be open daily with open access.
